Welcome to Cobbify. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Cobbify provides white-label marketing, content creation, video editing, and advertising support services for agencies (“Services”).

All deliverables are provided under a white-label structure, meaning they are intended to be used under the client’s brand.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business

3. Payments & Billing

  • All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments must be made in advance of service delivery

  • Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Scope of Work

Each plan includes a defined scope of services. Requests beyond that scope may:

  • Be declined, or

  • Require an upgraded plan or additional fees

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on request complexity and volume.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within your plan. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may be subject to additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear instructions and necessary assets

  • Ensure all submitted content is legally owned or properly licensed

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for feedback or approvals

Cobbify is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed responses.

7. White-Label Agreement

All services are delivered under a white-label structure. You may present the work as your own.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent Cobbify in a way that harms its reputation

  • Resell services in a fraudulent or deceptive manner

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You retain rights to final deliverables

Cobbify retains the right to:

  • Use anonymized work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Business information

  • Client data

  • Strategies and processes

This obligation continues even after termination of services.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cobbify may terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are missed

  • There is abusive or inappropriate behavior

11. Limitation of Liability

Cobbify is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior billing period.

12. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ad performance, revenue growth). Outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
